We independently developed EC membrane materials with high stability in physical and chemical properties and excellent performance, which are suitable for different applications. It has the following basic performance characteristics:
①Resistant to uv aging, no yellowing;
②High and low temperature resistance to extreme environment;
③Resistance to cyclic deterioration;
④The fastest discoloring speed is less than 0.5 seconds;
⑤The maximum test cycle life is over 5 million times.
The self-designed multi-target integrated magnetron sputtering coating machine can simultaneously deposit composite films of metal, TCO and dielectric targets on glass substrates, and prepare EC device film electrodes with specific transmittance, reflectivity and optical absorption requirements. Independent research and development of target materials and membrane structure ensures that the obtained thin film electrodes meet the requirements of physical, electrochemical and optical properties at the same time.
Using self-designed environmental light detection technology, the wavelength distribution of different vehicle light sources can be accurately identified, and the sensitivity of human eyes to different wavelengths can be corrected. At the same time, the unique DC step-down technology is adopted to minimize the energy loss and effectively suppress the temperature rise of the control circuit/device. Different control modules can be integrated in the control circuit according to the different needs of users to achieve the purpose of expanding functions.
Variable color lenses with different color, shape and response rate can be developed according to the user's needs, which can be applied to a variety of application scenarios. Based on deep technical strength, perfect R&D system and quality control system, it can provide guarantee for continuous cost reduction, performance improvement and cost reduction and efficiency enhancement for users.
